About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Project Specialist, responsible for providing professional, proactive, and comprehensive support to the VP, Commercial Southeast Asia and Distributor markets across various assigned projects..

This project management role is a newly created role which will drive various commercial related projects and initiatives. Focus is to keep all projects on track, maintaining structure, and facilitating meetings and document actions and deliverables. Drive and initiate new projects in both the commercial team and organizationally that contribute to long-term commercial and business excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and lead monthly business review with local affiliate and distributor markets
- Coordinate and provide on a monthly basis the consolidated South East Asia business performance report and monthly leadership connect report based on consolidated market updates and reviews
- Manage the weekly Leadership team meeting (agenda set up, collection of information by BU, minute taking and follow up)
- In collaboration with the external agency manage Coty SEA’s internal and external corporate communication
- Spearhead and manage a wide range of communication channels:

- posting on the internal channels bi-weekly of SEA best practice
- preparing all communication materials for the external agency to utilize
- support the agency in profiling of SEA leadership internally and externally
- work together with the Coty HR team in driving a positive reputation of Coty as Employer of Choice in this region
- Take on or assist with other strategic regional commercial projects (omni-channel BA transformation, research projects, agency optimization, new business sizing and go-to-market modelling etc)
- Manage accounts and regional budgets (e.g. PO creation and follow up) ensures that payments have been actioned
- Provide other project support or any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the VP

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Min. 3 years of project coordinator/ management and corporate communication experience in similar role
- Tertiary qualifications at degree level in Business preferred
- Understanding of the world of beauty, retail and/ or FMCG
- Language: Excellent English (written and oral)
- Pro-active and a great communicator (both written and verbal), digital savvy, always on the look out to improve and optimize
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Resilient, pro-active and hands on personality with a positive energetic outlook
- Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
- Excellent organisational, project coordination, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with others in a multi-cultural environment and able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders, based in Singapore and/or overseas
