The position is designed to drive project portfolio management governance and process for Consumer Health Deliver Asia Pacific. Key aspect of this role is to ensure that Deliver Asia Pacific portfolio of projects is well governed to meet sufficiency and affordability targets. The individual will partner closely with Cluster PPM Leads, Regional Program Leads, and other cross-functional leaders. He/she needs to demonstrate strong leadership imperative skills.

**Core responsibilities include**:

- Steer the Consumer Health Deliver Asia Pacific portfolio of Deliver projects, including investments (capital and non-capital), cost improvements, capability building and compliance.
- Lead monthly regional portfolio governance reviews for Deliver ensuring projects are submitted for stage gate approval and providing financial perspective (tracking against overall budget, insight on ROI for prioritization) to ensure effective decision making
- Develop and refresh regional portfolio roadmap for Consumer Health Deliver Asia Pacific, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies and collaborating closely with Finance and Segment Supply Chain business partners
- Lead the Deliver Analytics function ensuring effective reporting (monthly/quarterly cadence as well as function-specific and ad hoc reports) and the design/deployment of effective analytic tools
- Ensure an effective roadmap for the deployment of new analytical tools (leveraging data science) for Deliver in close collaboration with regional/global Supply Chain Excellence functions inclusive of the Global Digital Transformation Office
- Drive continuous improvements in portfolio management and Deliver analytics capabilities across each market cluster team in APAC, identifying and promoting best practice sharing

**Key measures**

The position will be measured primarily on:

- Effective delivery of annual targets for investment (Opex and Capex) and Cost Improvement for APAC Deliver
- Support Planisware capability build at the requisite level in project managers to maintain/improve capability maturity
- Data accuracy : Portfolio management tracking robustness and accurate projections.Drive data integrity & accuracy in Planisware to enable Portfolio Analytics - DQE improvement
- Execution and adoption (on time, in full and within defined budgets) of analytical tools and reporting as required by Deliver/Supply Chain stakeholders
- Governance effectiveness - availability and accuracy of reporting needed as per meeting cadence for APAC Deliver team
- Enhance discipline, robustness, and value creation of governance & performance management of CIP/ Expense/ CAPEX target
- Setting and dynamically adjusting the Performance management cadence based on business needs drive appropriate actions
- Collaborate with SC and Business to develop segment specific measures of performance and embed the same in routine operations. Supply inisghts into performance such that value accretion opportunities are created by analyzing the balanced score card.

Accountable to facilitate the S and D evolution and deployment for the deliver segment working in tandem with the consumer segment Leader and other key stakeholders.

- A minimum of eight years of general business experience; previous experience in logistics, supply chain or related areas is preferred
