Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen for a PSB Portfolio & Project Planner to oversee and bring expertise to our team.

Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement cross-BU global Portfolio, Program, and Project Management guidelines, processes, methods, and tools in collaboration with internal stakeholders, respecting existing standards (e.g., ISO, ICB 4.0).
Analyze and compare global and regional portfolios, programs, and projects against standardized performance indicators (e.g., Schedule Performance Index, Cost Performance Index) and escalate issues to relevant committees.
Collect, analyze, and share lessons learned at local, regional, and global levels to improve overall portfolio performance.
Guide senior management on the efficient use of project management tools and tailor reporting as needed.
Assist program and project managers as a key user in using project management tools effectively.
Support integrated, cross-functional planning of programs and projects within the operative Project Systems Business.
Assist in preparing and supporting Steerco meetings.
Stay updated on market technical developments and internal products.
Travel overseas for business when required.
Perform special assignments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Master's or diploma degree completed.
Several years of experience as a Program/Project Manager, ideally in an EPC environment.
Experience with SAP landscape (e.g., PPM, BW, SAC, CEC).
Knowledge of Portfolio/Program/Project Management (e.g., IPMA certification).
Experience in process management and KPI systems.
Effective communication skills with senior management and operational teams.
Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and openness to working with experts across APAC, EMEA, and NALA.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills, capable of engaging diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Understanding of Asian cultures and business practices.
Proficient in English.
