Roles & Responsibilities

MooVita develops products and solutions centered around autonomous mobility and safety and we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to handle product deployment and servicing for our Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) product. You will be involved in deployment and servicing of the products installed on different sites to ensure the proper operation and reliability of the products, to achieve a high level of "customer" satisfaction from end users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide installation, system setup, calibration, troubleshooting for equipment as per requirements
- Providing Customer Support on the implementation and maintenance of the system
- Perform periodic maintenance, maintenance planning, servicing, troubleshoot and repairs on product deployments
- Identify and purchase parts, logistics or maintenance services for installations
- Work together with the System Engineers to troubleshoot and improve the system
- Assist in running of acceptance tests for the system, as well as diagnostic tests for the system
- Training of operators and customers on deployment of the system, and the usage of the software
Knowledge, skills, and experience:

- NITEC or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or relevant work experience
- Understand of electrical circuit schematic/drawing for system troubleshooting
- Work with mínimal supervision and keen on learning new technologies
- Valid class 3 / 4 licence is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month
