**Responsibilities**:

- To take an active part in greeting, service, telephone answering and general information giving to our guests in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by Family Experience and Shangri-La International Management.
- Attends to guest needs when it arises and inform the Manager on any guests issues
- Executes the marketing, promotions and partnership events of the Family Experience
- Supports Manager in preparing daily POS reports and attendance, incidents reports

**Requirements**:

- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Rotating shift work

**Disposition**:

- Love interacting with children
- Minimum 2 year experience in Kids Club/Theme Park/Childcare Management
- Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood or Basic Child Care.
- First Aid For Infant and Childcare Personnel (CHFA)
