Our Client is a MNC Company, this role of Customer Support Specialist (Japanese Speaking) to work for a Video Marketing Company.
【What you will be working on】
- Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance with our service standards.
- Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization
- Perform effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of the company.
- ** Requirement**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese fluently in order to liaise Japanese Speaking counterparts
- Strong interests with Video Marketing Company
- ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:00
