ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility includes the management of activities for the safety, integrity, legality and quality of our food products.
- Trains new employees on equipment operations, shipping/receiving loading, and other warehouse responsibilities.
- Ensures optimal inventory levels are maintained in order to fulfil the daily production needs. Will manage inventory levels through daily cycle counts, monthly and quarterly physical inventory counts. Assist and participate in the stocktake conducted monthly.
- Ensures freezers, chillers, forklifts and related equipment are kept in optimum working order by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventative maintenance, and coordinating repairs.
- Make sure that frozen food items are stored and rotated properly following First In, First Out (FIFO) method
- Maintains storage area and racking systems by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, and recommends improvements.
- Release transfer orders for the warehouse, monitor label inventory and schedule label printer maintenance and service calls.
- Supports, and comply with all quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, food safety, employee safety, preventative maintenance programs and legality.
- Receive incoming shipments and deliveries and verify for accuracy of quantity and quality and also ensure appropriate storage location of goods.
- Preparation and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery and receiving of goods
- Understand delivery instructions from sales and managers and packing requirements by customers. Responsible for picking and packing of goods for delivery.
- Label packaged food items appropriately and perform checking of product labels
- Monitor quality and quantity of food items. Inspecting stock items for defects and report to managers. Maintain proper documentations and pictures of inventory records.
- Responsible for the incoming and outgoing raw materials and trading goods and outgoing finished products
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment (weighing scale, freezers, chillers, forklift, etc.), supplies, storage areas accordingly to safety regulations
- Housekeeping and organization of storage area and backyard environment.
- Any other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): warehouse, management, leadership, team management
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Microsoft Office user
- Willing to work in a Non-Halal workplace
- Able to withstand cold temperatures (up to -18OC)
- Able to carry heavy goods

- Monday - Friday (7am-4pm)
- Saturday (7-11am)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
