**Scope of the program**
- Master daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support in coffee preparation, food service, and maintaining our high standards of quality.
- Deliver memorable customer experiences, engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in guiding and motivating team members during service hours.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and uphold our values.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimise wastage through effective stock control.
- Assist in regular stock checks and order placements.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements and promotions.
- Support in upselling efforts and maximising sales opportunities.
- Shadow experienced managers to learn effective leadership and decision-making skills.
- Take on supervisory roles during shifts as part of your training.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Uphold our commitment to quality and service excellence.

**Key Requirements**
- Strong passion for coffee, food, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry
