**This position is responsible for delivering quality food and maintain kitchen standard.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Excellent Knife Skills**:Proficiency in using various butcher knives to accurately cut and trim meat and fish.
- **Knowledge of Meat Cuts**:Thorough understanding of different meat and fish cuts, their quality, and best uses.
- **Food Safety Awareness**: Adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling practices.
- **Attention to Detail**:Ensuring precise cuts and proper presentation of meat and fish products.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication with chefs and other kitchen staff regarding meat orders and specifications.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferably with Food hygiene Audit Cert (WSQ)
- Basic Food Hygiene Cert (WSQ)
- At least 1 years of related experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
