About the Restaurant:

The butcher's Dining is a unique Korean butchery restaurant that combines traditional Korean cooking with a modern dining experience. We specialize in high-quality meats, offering a variety of Korean BBQ options and other traditional dishes. Our goal is to deliver an authentic Korean culinary experience, focusing on fresh ingredients, excellent service, and an inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Operations:

  • POS product and price setting (for potential pricing errors and inventory)
  • Daily Sales Report
  • Monthly sales analysis by menu and product
  • Compare sales trends → Identify popular/unpopular menus

Store Management

  • Opening and Closing Checks – Overall store condition check
  • General Hygiene, Equipment condition checks
  • Managing compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain store atmosphere/lighting/music settings, etc.

Staff Management

  • Weekly manpower schedule formulation
  • General attendance management
  • New employee training
  • Part time placement coordination
  • Supplement/replace personnel in case of abnormal situations (sick leave, AL, resign)

Customer Service

  • Managing compensation/explanation upon receiving a customer complaint
  • Monitoring and responding to reviews (Google, SNS, etc.)
  • VIP/regular customer management (reservations, notifications, and personalized services, etc.)

Inventory and Order Management

  • Regular communication with suppliers, cost monitoring, and coordination of delivery schedules
  • Management of hygiene standards such as expiration date and storage conditions
  • Ordering of Butcher/Dining ingredients, retail products and checking of supplies for each department

Marketing

  • SNS (Instagram, Stories, etc.) management - caption writing, post planning
  • Planning and executing content tailored to offline events, seasonal limited edition products, etc.
  • Product promotion planning

Working Hours:

  • 5 Days working with 44hours per week base on MOM.
  • Full-time position, flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3, $4,000.00 per month
