As the continuous growth of business, we are looking for an experienced HRBP to support regional business expansion.
**Responsibilities**:
As a key member of our regional HR team based in Singapore, you will partner with business leaders to enhance performance, employee engagement, and talent development. Your role will include:
- Proactively identify and attract regional top talents to support the organization’s growth, ensuring seamless onboarding for new hires and managing offboarding processes.
- Oversee payroll operations with precision, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Address employee inquiries, resolve grievances, and manage disciplinary actions while fostering a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and design improvement plans to drive employee growth.
- Assess training needs, design development programs, and support continuous learning initiatives.
- Ensure all HR practices align with employment laws and industry standards.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness plans.
- Maintain HR databases, generate insightful reports, and leverage HRIS tools to streamline processes.
- Participate in regional HR projects such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), workforce mobility, and digital transformation.
- Assist with additional HR tasks as assigned by management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, IHRP, SHRM) are advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), with expertise in payroll and recruitment. Regional payroll and recruitment experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and industry best practices.
- Analytical and data-driven, with hands-on experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent conflict-resolution skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Mandarin to engage with mandarin speaking stakeholders across all levels.
