The Talent Experience team provides sound advice to venue leaders, builds relationships and focuses on aligning the company’s mission and values, with business units under his/her charge. Acting as an employee champion and change agent, the role assesses and anticipates all our talent resources related needs. As a Talent Experience Executive, you will be involved in primarily Talent Acquisition matters.

**Talent Acquisition Portfolio**
- Driving best practice recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire the best fit talents in the industry, including setting strategies for succession planning
- Pro-actively reaching out to industry networks and be in the know of industry movement, this includes local education institutes
- Using statistics and data from talent acquisition activities to identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing
- Developing relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
- Developing education institutions recruiting programs and spearhead career fair activities
- Any administrative duties relating to the end to end hiring process

- Able to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
- Excellent in communication, analytical and problem solving skills
