**Responsibilities**:

- Job summary
- 1) Responsible for the day-to-day AR / AP operations of the company.
- 2) To work as part of the Accounts team.
- Area of responsibilities
- 1) Responsible for the daily AR / AP operations.
- 2) Assist on AR / AP auditing schedules.
- 3) Responsible for the cash / cheques / giro collections (AR).
- 4) Monitor customers’ payment matters (AR).
- 5) Assist in the preparation of the relevant collection reports (AR).
- 6) Responsible for all payment matters, including petty cash (AP).
- 7) Responsible for the reconciliation of the bank accounts (AR / AP).
- 8) Responsible for reconciliation of suppliers’ SOA and prepare cheque / GIRO payment (AP).
- 9) Assist in the preparation of the relevant payment reports (AR).
- 10) Ensure that all transactions are entered into NAV/BC and filed timely and accurately (AR / AP).

- Competency requirements
- 1) Accounting background would be an added advantage.
- 2) NAV/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account module proficiency would be an added advantage.
- Working Hours
- 1) Monday to Friday : 8 30am - 5 45pm (1 Hour Break)
- 2) Saturday : 8 30am - 2 30pm (Work From Home - Work 1 Saturday Every 4 Weeks)Benefits
