**Key Responsibilities**
- Process invoices and payments for trade vendors.
- Monitor invoices without Goods Received Notes (GRN) and coordinate with the Sales Team for resolution.
- Track advance payments to vendors until invoices are matched to GRN and posted in the ERP system.
- Post all trade accounts payable transactions to the ERP system.
- Reconcile vendor statements of accounts with ERP records.
- Address year-end audit inquiries related to accounts payable.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Accounting and Finance.
