Salary**:From** $2,800.00 per month

**ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE**

**Role & Responsibilities**:
Assist/Handle full set of accounts, including Account Payable and Account Receivable, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation.

Generate invoices to customers on monthly basis.

Prepare GIRO collection/ payment via online banking.

Prepare Payroll and CPF submission.

Prepare payments to vendors via online banking/ TT remittance.

Prepare financial reports for management.

Other ad hoc duties as required by the Management.

**Requirements**:
Min. GCE "O" Level with Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/ Finance.

Min. 3 years’ experience in relevant scope of work.

Hands on experience in accounting software with inventory module eg. UBS, SQL, Sage, MYOB.

Hands on experience in HR software would be an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Words and Excel with good knowledge in pivot table, vlookup functions etc.

Familiar with government online portal (optional).

Well spoken and written English.

Organised and meticulous with good attention to details

Good time management and ability to multi-task

Required to work onsite, willing to travel to multiple centre locations within singapore.

Working Hour & Location:

- 9am to 6pm, 5-days week.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,400.00 per month
