**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage customer invoicing and track incoming payments.
- Perform account reconciliations and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
- Process vendor invoices and prepare payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate AP records.
- Conduct credit checks and establish credit terms for new customers.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Prepare aging reports and provide updates on collection efforts.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
