**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the procurement process for food products and ingredients, from supplier identification to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and pricing for food procurement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the operations and finance departments, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with organizational goals and budgets.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to make informed purchasing decisions and identify potential suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, including delivery schedules, quality, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards in the food industry.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development initiatives and ensure timely availability of required ingredients and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. A relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven **3 (Three) years of **experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food products, ingredients, and supply chain dynamics within the food industry.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ability to analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant food safety and quality assurance standards and regulations.
