**What will your typical day look like?**

Analyse Singtel Group Purchase Order spend and data to provide insightful reporting
- Support the Singtel Group (Singtel, Optus and NCS) spend requests for the Procurement community, Singtel management and end business users reporting
- Take lead in managing and liaise with IT teams on the Business Warehouse (BW) meta data and structure for the Singtel Group Spend
- Perform spend data analytics on pricing, discounts on a deal-by-deal basis
- Analyse and track the tender cycle timeline for the management
- In-depth analysis of the supplier contracts data and turn into actionable insights for the Procurement Category managers
- Identify trends and draw insights from the data to uncover potential new cost optimization initiatives
- Collect and consolidate external market reports/data
- Track and communicate savings achieved from cost reduction initiatives such as RFQ/WOC/RFP/Direct sourcing
- Assist in fulfilment of data requests from Business Unit Procurement Directors & Category Managers
- Provide guidance to business users on appropriate price benchmark
- Using visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI in the preparation of quantitative and qualitative information for regular update reports or dashboard to be presented to senior leadership team

Using AI tools to cleanse data for building database and maintenance
- Manage and maintain the ingestion of the Group Procurement data into the Data Lake
- Conduct the monthly Group PO cleansing into Level 1-4 category; e.g by vendor group, by category (e.g software, hardware, professional services, maintenance), by OEM group and by Product level (e.g within Microsoft spend, split into MS O365, Azure, Server & Storage etc)
- Create and maintain the Data Management systems within the Data Lake; setting up of Data dictionary, Scheme and Metadata across the Singtel Group
- Administrator to control the governance and access of the Data Lake across the Singtel Group
- Collaborate closely with respective IT teams for the data source ingestion into the Data Lake

Process improvements and reporting automation
- Support the UiPath bot automation to automate manual reports for the Singtel Group
- Custom made MACRO for customized reporting (e.g potential split PO Analysis, WOC reporting for NCS etc)
- Support in the UAT of report enhancement and process improvements
- Support any other automation or digitalization initiatives for the Singtel Group Data Analytics

**Is this you?**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a data analyst in Procurement
- Management of Data Lake schema and administration
- Skilled in SQL (Structured Query language) - essential for Data Lake
- Skilled in AI tools such as Python Anaconda and Excel MACRO
- Excellent analytical skills and familiar with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong interpersonal skills, extremely resourceful and a good team player
- Able to work independently under challenging environment and timeline
