**This position is for PaxOcean Group, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.**

The role of Senior Data Analyst serves as primary analyst of PaxOcean Group spending data to support business decision making, business process improvement, opportunity analysis and procurement team planning as well as performance measurement.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform spent data analysis on purchases spent and cost managed. These data analytics should help understand trends, highlight risks and opportunities for decision-making as well as business process improvement.
- Provide data analysis which facilitate procurement team performance measurement.
- Use visualization tools such as Power BI to support regular reporting to Senior Management on procurement spent and performance measurement.
- Develop specialised reports pertaining to procurement on ad-hoc basis to support decision making and reporting.
- Support in vendor performance evaluation with relevant data analysis on key quantitative metrics.
- Bachelor's degree, with specialisation in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in an analytical role requiring data analysis skillset and creation of reports. Preferably within a procurement function.
- Skilled in data visualisation tools such as Power BI
- Excellent skills in SQL, MS Excel
- Ability to present data and draw insights
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Able to work independently under challenging environment and timelines
- A team player
