Customer Relations Manager

**Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and develop relations with outlet customers and provide personalized services.
- Responsible to take reservations, answering the phone, responding to any customer requests.
- Greet each customer warmly. Be helpful, welcoming and pleasant towards each customer
- Maintain customers’ profile and history, to take note of all special occasions and dates e.g. birthdays, wedding anniversaries etc.
- Notify all customers’ feedback to the Management
- Follow up to any customer complaints pertaining to outlet’s related customer experiences.
- Resolve customer service queries and concerns tactfully and report any issues to management.
- Ensuring that customer service delivery is timely and effective in meeting the customer’s needs.
- Seek, develop and nurture a network of clientele to promote the outlet as an entertainment venue and generate business to the target market.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance at all times.
- Monitor team member punctuality, grooming standards and general work performance.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as given by Management from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills, customer focus and influence
- Strong sales orientation, network skills are preferred
- Strong sense of service
- strong team coordination and cohesion
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
**Qualification**:
- Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
Immediate hire & Full-Time permanent role
Basic Salary: $3,500/month
Work hours: 8.30pm to 4.30 am, 6 days a week
