Manager, Community and Events Marketing

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a rockstar team to ideate and execute marketing and fan engagements for a global community
- Spearhead go-to-market strategies for ONE Esports’ events, products, experiences, and brand partners
- Collaborate in a cross-functional environment to create and optimize promotional campaigns and fan engagements
- Front marketing partnerships with the world’s leading game developers and brands
- Supervise and scale user acquisition projects, including ONE Esports Community, ONE Esports Community Tournaments, and ONE Esports Pick’Em
- Maximize attendance and participation at ONE Esports’ events and experiences
- Manage and grow ONE Esports’ global influencer network
- Propose areas for marketing A/B tests
- Project manage external vendors and partners (tournament organisers, talent agencies, translators, and chat moderators)
- Approve and check copies and creatives for social, website, EDM, and out-of-home channels

**Requirements**:

- Passion for video games and esports
- Background in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Events, or Program Management
- Prior agency or events marketing experience
- Outstanding copy-editing skills and a keen eye for visual design
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Social media native
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player with a communicative and driven leadership style
- Ability to be organized and oversee multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical capabilities to enable the team to be data-informed
- Strong portfolio in copywriting and/or marketing campaigns
- Native proficiency in any of the following languages a plus: Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Filipino
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Emplifi, and Google Analytics a plus
