The Project Manager (Civil) / Risk Management Facilitator is responsible for assisting the Project Director on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

- Prepare master construction program and catch-up program, if applicable.
- Involve in the site setting up and tower crane location erection & dismantling.
- Control and monitoring of sub con progress.
- Ability to resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start work and settle drawing issue with technical team & consultants.
- Understand and able to know how to work out prelims, budgeting and monitor cost report.
- Ability to plan for site access during different stages of work.
- Involve in planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
- Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
- Facilitate the hazard identification and risk management sessions for the preparations of the Safety Submissions.
- Update and maintains Hazard register according to LTA requirements.
- Attend the Engineer’s Project Safety Committee Meetings and any other risk management meetings as directed.
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University
- Experience: Prior experience in Singapore MRT / Civil projects is a must.
- Minimally 10 years of working experience in the design and the supervision of the construction of structures
- Attended the **Design for Safety Professional Course**and passed the assessment
