Be part of the team that is responsible for Supply Chain Planning and Operations for Mosfet and all emerging Discretes portfolio (CoolMOS, SiC, GaN, SiCMOS).

In your new role you will:

- Production Program (PP) **forecasting, demand planning and supply chain operations **for supply security in 26 weeks horizon.
- First level **escalation interface **for **operational support **and **Supply Chain Planning (SCP) management **representative. **Driver **of **SCP methodology improvement **and **digitalization activity **within SCP function globally.
- Drives **global customer order fulfilment **towards maximum revenue at lowest inventory levels for resp. area. Ensures to maintain a **high customer satisfaction level **in collaboration with the Customer Logistic Management organization, meeting Key Performance Indicator targets and acts as **continuous improvement **driver.
- Revenue fulfillment by **managing regional fulfillment split and high levels of manufacturing complexity and escalations **. Team up with Sales and Marketing, Customer Logistic Management, Product Line and Operations to **manage the supply for customers **based on **business strategy, profitability and strategic importance **.
- Implement **d **igitalization change management **and **continuous improvement culture **by coaching and developing a **problem solving mindset **at all organization levels in Singapore, India and Munich.
- Contributes to PSS SPM worldwide **organizational development **and **talent management.**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- University degree in Engineering or Supply Chain with **more than 5 years of leadership experience **in the semiconductor industry.
- Working knowledge of **supply chain and material management concepts **with experience in **planning and inventory managemen **t in the semiconductor industry
- Lead and participate in projects in the area of s **upply chain methodology, processes, tools, and change management.**:

- Very **strong communication **skills with fluency in English
- Good **social **and **soft skills **, understanding **multi-cultural dynamics **.
- Excellent **team player **with strong coordination skills.
