**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the fire protection industry.
Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry dynamics to develop effective business development strategies.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including online research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Qualify leads and prospects based on established criteria, ensuring alignment with company goals and target customer profiles.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our fire protection products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- New Business Development:Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to drive revenue growth.
Monitor industry trends and customer demands, making recommendations for product enhancements or diversification.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:Track and analyze sales data, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and report on business development activities to the management team.
Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities, and propose actionable strategies to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the fire protection industry or a related manufacturing sector.
- Strong business acumen with a good understanding of the fire protection industry, including products, processes, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective business development strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fresh grads are welcome. Management trainee role will be given to those who prove themselves worthy.
