**Primary Role**:
**Accounting**
- Overseeing the whole Accounting Department and your account team personnels.
- Manage daily accounts functions like Accounts Payable (AP), work closely with Accounts
- Receivable (AR) personnels to manage company’s cashflow, reconciliation, general ledger accounts and Fixed Assets Management.
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and financial statements.
- Take charge of the full spectrum of Accounts Payable.
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
- The first approver for staff claims on DEXT, responsible for reviewing and approving or denying reimbursement requests based on company policies and procedures.
- Generate invoices to vendors via Xero system.
- Prepare quarterly GST submissions.
- Prepare Sales Depts’ commission to HR to process together with monthly payroll.
- Set up and monitor accounting KPIs.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- To be able to access and gather necessary information from DEAR Inventory system to double check against invoices generated.
- Provide assistance to other members of the team as required
- To be able to protect and upkeep F1 Recreation’s vital information by keeping it confidential.
