Job Responsibilities
- Ensures cases are sent or attended within the standard turnaround or within the agreed turnaround time to customers.
- Render support to submit waiver requests for those waiver cases submitted via IVR
- Work location : Alexandra
- 2 months bonus and 1 year contract same as temp staff offer.
- Salary, depends on relevant work experience and education.
- Normal Shift : Monday -Friday

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $3,500.00 - $3,700.00 per month
