**Job Duties / Responsibilities**
- Responsible for day-to-day claim operations such as handling insurance claim assessment for motor vehicle claims and project insurance claims;
- Liaise with insurers pertaining to insurance matters such as accident reporting, investigation, and repudiation issues
- Ensure that valid claims are recorded within 24 hours with supporting documents;
- Provide timely assessment of all claims within the required service standard;
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that the claims are processed accurately and promptly;
- Conduct necessary claim investigations and settlement processes;
- Able to meet and handle internal and external customers’ feedback by collaborating with other divisions in order to achieve customer satisfaction with fair outcome as per company’s direction;
**Requirement
- Ability to assess and prepare estimated accident and damage repair quotations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar and comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets
