**The Job**
- Direct contact point between workshop, customer and supplier
- Coordination between workshop and other department (i.e., Ops dept, Rental dept)
- Support the workshop day-to-day operation
- Ensuring workshop operation follow the company SOP closely
- In charge of Accident claim processes
- Handle customer request and issue work order
- Handle customer feedback and coordination work
- In charge of appointment booking and scheduling of job
- Carry out data entry, document filing and organization
- Managing inventory including keeping track and ordering of spare parts
- Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners
- Issuing quotation, invoice, cheque
- Collecting payment from customer
- Updating of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System/ Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) record
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
- With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast pace environment
- Team player and positive working attitude
