Singapore LAMINAAR AVIATION INFOTECH PTE. LTD. Full time

This role provides legal counsel and support services to the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and safeguarding its business interests from a legal perspective.

**Legal Counsel**:

- Provide legal advice and counsel on various matters, including contract & agreements, negotiations, documentation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, litigation, and more.
- Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of legal documents.
- Offer guidance on intellectual property matters, such as trademark and copyright, including filing and defending against infringement claims, as and when appropriate.

**Contract Management**:

- Oversee the management and administration of legal contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Assist in the resolution of contract disputes.
- **Compliance**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs.
- Conduct compliance reviews and assessments.
- Monitor and address regulatory changes.
- **Litigation**:

- Provide guidance and representation in legal disputes, which may involve preparing legal documents, conducting legal research and collaborating with litigation attorneys.
- Assist in the coordination with external counsel.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Graduate in Law from an accredited law school, preferably in Business Law/ Corporate Laws and litigation.
- Equivalent qualifications to practice or perform the functions of a legal manager in Singapore.
- Experience in Contract Management & Dispute Resolution.
- Prior experience in a tech firm or airline industry would be an advantage.
