This is a **full-time **, onsite, **Receptionist **Role in **MOE Secondary School **. If you are selected,

You will work closely with Principal, Vice-Principals, Administrative Manager, Teachers, SLs and Co-workers in an MOE Secondary School (nearest **MRT**:

- Punggol) in the day-to-day activities.

**Responsibilities**:
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:

- Manage the school’s reception counter.
- Assist in administrative works such as data entry and key issuance.
- Maintenance of school photocopier
- Secondary 1 registration
- Maintenance of general office pantry
- Student transfer
- Maintenance of stock school stationeries, e.g. A4 papers, pens, markers etc
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals, Administrative Manager, Teachers and Co-workers.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent certificate
- Possess at least 3 years working experience in secondary school(s) in the areas of reception and general administrative duties.

**Summary**:
**Contract Period**:From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025

**Working Hours**:

- Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

**Location (Nearest MRT)**:Punggol
