We are looking for a Service Leader, Finance (Fixed Assets) to join our team
Key Responsibilities
Maintain fixed assets register, including updating of addition and write off fixed assets in timely manner
Compile and record project costs, and retention accrual in fixed asset accounts
Perform reconciliation of fixed asset ledger balance to the general ledger
Perform depreciation calculation to ensure alignment with the company’s policy
Prepare audit schedules
Support in physical fixed assets verification exercises
Tagging of fixed assets
Prepare monthly capital expenditure report
Participate in annual capital expenditure budgeting exercise
Perform checking of capital requisition form
Assist in general accounting related task for monthly reporting
Key Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in a finance related role
Able to work well and interact with all levels of stakeholders
