Job Title: Senior Finance Leader

You will be responsible for the timely preparation of periodic financial reports for our managed funds. This includes providing in-depth analysis to support informed decision-making. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements.

You will lead and guide a finance team on various financial reporting and operational matters, engaging with investment and asset management teams, investors, overseas partners and service providers at all levels.

To achieve this, you will develop and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and processes for finance and other operational areas to safeguard fund assets, optimize cash use, ensure accurate and valid financial information for management's decision-making.

You will assist in tax planning, reviewing financing documents and closing investment deal documents. You will work with the finance team to manage cash flow timing for each investment and account for new investments.

Requirements
  • A degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years overseeing group consolidation. Prior experience in audit is beneficial.
  • Good understanding of relevant Accounting Standards and proficiency in financial analysis.
  • Hands-on self-starter and team player with excellent interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Experience in fund reporting or real estate investment industry/financing arrangement is an advantage.
