About This Role:

The Senior Manager, Finance is a key member of the Finance & Operations leadership team. This strategic and hands-on role is responsible for the school's financial operations, planning, reporting, and compliance.

As a senior finance leader, you will partner with academic and business leaders to ensure effective stewardship of resources and support the school's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Think strategically while managing day-to-day operational finance
  • Presents clearly to non-financial audiences

Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and local regulations
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or similar ERP/BI tools)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on with strong planning and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
