**Senior Quality Engineer, Singapore
**Job Scope**:

- Understand Customer Specifications and install controls with suppliers and contractors.
- Handle Customer complaints on reported issue, use of 5 WHYs to identify root cause and provide corrective actions.
- Drive Post Project quality issues log to identify systemic issues, Corrective Actions and

prevent repeated incidents.
- Hands-on individual to be on site to perform quality inspection on installation and be able to drive for compliance to SOPs, Risk Assessments and ensure Quality & Reliability.
- Provide Track traceability of critical products to the system level.
- Qualification of suppliers and products and familiar with Supplier Performance scorecard.
- Ensure quality of supplied materials especially on electromechanical sub-systems and metal-fabricated parts and drive for quality improvements.
- Establish proper documentation of Procedures, Technical specifications, Work Instructions for ease of retrieval and updating.
- With knowledge on Compliance to ISO Standards eg Quality Mgt System, BisSafe,

Workplace Safety & Health regulatory requirements etc will be an added advantage.
- Tracking of CAPA log to identify systemic issues and devise holistic solutions.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Preferable with 5-7 years of relevant Quality working experience.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/Quality Engineering
- Strong Interpersonal skills to lead Improvement Program and must be a Team player.
- Proficient in English (Written and Verbal), can converse in Malay & Chinese will be an advantage.
- No color blindness.
