- Handling and disposing of expired or unsuitable food items properly.
- Managing inventory levels of food ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies.
- Placing orders with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- Minimizing waste through careful inventory control and portion management.
- Handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Generating sales reports and maintaining records of daily transactions.
- Supervising and training crew staff on food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures.
- Scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
- Providing feedback and coaching to improve employee performance.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations, including cleanliness standards and hygiene practices.
- Implementing promotional activities to drive sales and attract customers to the store
- Collaborating with management to develop marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Assisting with other tasks and duties as assigned by management
