Job Description : Administrative Assistant
Mon-Fri | Office Hours 9-5pm
Client Management:
- Handling all customer updates, queries and claims by partnering with the relevant departments
- Ensuring proper follow through and closure for each case
- Manage all customer touchpoints
- Enable scheduling and enquiry capability - review options and strategies for effectiveness.
- Handling and preparing of forms for Clients, and subsequent submissions
Data Management:
- Filing and organization of folders and files on computer to ensure optimal search and retrieval when needed
- Ensure confidentiality when handling personal data
- Review and updating various excels of customer database to ensure effective capturing of necessary data for analysis
Ad-Hoc Duties : supporting in-charge with any other duties need be
- Scanning and Filing of business documents (including but not limited to company letters, business expenses receipts, etc)
- Preparation of reports or presentations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $2,100.00 - $2,300.00 per month
