The Scope of your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following, which also includes participating in the growth of the Group’s division locally and overseas.
**1. Admin**
- General office admin, Office house-keeping and organization
- Assist with office administrative matters
- Supporting the Office Management with daily office operations
- Data Entry & Updating Systems
**2. HR Executive**
- Research and propose to the management on the latest pay scale and welfare benefits of the various positions in our organization
- Create job advertisements for vacant positions within the company for posting via various job portals
- Plan interview and selection procedures including phone screenings and face-to-face interviews
- Update employees in relation to policies, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization, and to improve employee experience
- Administration of HR processes (eg. Leave tracking, payroll, MC etc,)
- Ensure adherence to all regulations and applicable employment laws
- In charge of team bonding
- Any other duties as so decided by the Management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Min 2 years doing HR and admin
- Have experience in Talent Acquisition and implementing HR policies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Independent and self motivated
- Good communication skills
- Experience in technology firms
