TRADE FINANCE SOLUTIONS MANAGER, Singapore

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and deliver tailored financing solutions for supplier and anchor-led businesses, including factoring, invoice financing, and payable/receivable financing.
- Manage the end-to-end process from client pitching, credit underwriting, program structure design, client onboarding, and up-selling financing products.
- Develop and execute product growth strategies, optimizing the end-to-end client journey from onboarding to solution delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product offerings via evaluating solutions against competitors, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Oversee the entire execution process, including deal structuring, commercial negotiations, funding arrangements, legal documentation, and operational/technology setup.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and new partners (including 3rd party platforms), addressing their needs and ensuring strong, ongoing partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to deepen client engagement and drive revenue growth.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree educated along with 8+ years of working experience in trade finance
- Strong understanding of supply chain finance products, including factoring, invoice financing, and payable/receivable financing.
- Familiarity with associated risks (credit, fraud, FCC, legal) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client/ partner relationships effectively, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
