
Senior Executive, School of Humanities

**Short Description**:
He/She will work closely with the Head of Programme and the school manager to oversee degree programmes and organise school-related events. He/She should have good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work with academics, students, and other administrative executives. With the ability to multitask and attend to detail, he/she can handle various programme administrative tasks and projects efficiently within given timelines.
- Coordinate student recruitment activities, school activities and student interviews
- Support examination and assessment related matters including liaison with programme’s external examiners/associate faculty team/academics and colleagues from Administration Departments
- Liaise with course writers and developers on course development matters
- Liaise with external partners associated with the programme(s)
- Plan and coordinate student experiential learning trips including transportation, accommodation and airline.
- General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in any discipline with 1-2 years’ relevant working experience
- Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
- Effective interpersonal skills with excellent command of English
- Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
- Comfortable with occasional overseas travels
- Able to communicate well to act as liaison and help reach out to stakeholders, such as industry partners, teaching associates, and establish leads for new industry partners
