**Your new company**
My client is a electrical manufacturing company based in New Zealand setting up in Singapore and looking for a Logistics Executive. Located in Gul Circle.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Director, you will responsible to:

- Manage the inventory between New Zealand and installation of product in Singapore
- Container movement is tracked and reported
- Ensure stock accuracy
- Processing of supplier invoices and any related queries
- Ensure KPI information is up to date and generated as and when required
- Specifications are met with final inspection of goods before dispatch
- Ensure inwards standard goods are inspected and approved as per agreed process
- Assist in the investigation of inventory balance variations
- Organize shipping paperwork and invoice goods
- Contribute to the improvement activities of the logistics team

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least a Diploma in Logistics or related
- At least 4 years of experience in inventory, logistics and shipping coordination
- Able to work independently and multitask
- Good communication and organization skills
