Responsibilities Business AnalystWork with the stakeholders to define requirements and prepare/update user stories for the agile development sprintsPlan and deliver the future state components/”to be” process definition in an agile and iterative mannerWork closely and provide inputs on screen designs with UX designersPerform system testing, regression testing and live verificationWork closely with development team to design data model according to requirements; coordinate data clean-up/migration activities as neededWork with stakeholders to prepare test cases in every sprintResolve testing defects with delivery team and provide clarification to stakeholdersGuide users and provide inputs to development team for system (user interface, data logic processing and presentation) development Project Management Officer (PMO)Facilitation and preparation of Program governance and user engagement forumsTrack and follow through plans, resource allocation, issues, actions, deliverables, and dependenciesStoryboarding and Presentation/Report/discussion material creation and/or consolidationEnabling new joiner Induction and knowledge management within the teamFacilitates preparation of the QPR ceremonies and ensures clear articulation of backlog impediments/blockers, decisions/trade-offs and escalations RequirementsDegree in Finance or Banking with at least 4-6 years relevant experience in business analysis and as PMO within financial services industry, with experience of working in an agile set-up; Familiarity with writing User Stories, JIRA tool as a distinct advantage
