About Our Client
Our Client is a German multinational and technology company. Its Singapore office is the regional subsidiary, representing the Group’s interests in Southeast Asia, where it is currently present in all ASEAN member countries. Business operations in these countries report to the Singapore office.
They are looking for an individual to join them in their growing team, here is your chance to be part of ab exciting team geared towards both company and personal success.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT OF ASEAN
Support organizing of internal / external meetings or events;
Provide the full spectrum of administration support to the Senior Personal Assistant;
Organize travels for local management team (e.g. including recommending route for destination country, comparison of air/train fare, accommodation and other logistics arrangement;
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to; photocoping, faxing, mailing and filing;
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems such as name cards and media filing;
Any other duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
Degree or Diploma in any Business Administration or equivalent;
At least 5 years of experience of executive support experience;
Proactive, service oriented and mature;
Possess a positive and agile / versatile mindset;
Team player with organized system, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters;
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, impeccable attention to details;
Flexibility in terms of work hours and schedule;
Proficient in MS Applications (Outlook, One Note, Excel, Words and Powerpoint).
No Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).
This position will require 2 interviews, one with Senior PA and one with President of ASEAN.
