**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the centre daily operation such as patient registration, patient appointment, retrieve or create patient’s folder and payment, billing, maintain hygiene standards, as well as answering phone calls and queries
- Assist and work with TCM physician to provide best care to patients
- Attend to required services and sales of products and services
- Consult with customers on treatment courses
- Provide excellent services to customers
- Achieve sales target and KPI
- Any ad hoc duties assigned and work well in a team

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (English & Mandarin)
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Well-groomed, hygienic and presentable at all times
- Customer service / patient service oriented
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as working in a team
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Attention to detail

Remuneration and position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. To be discussed during the interview.
