Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic.
Manage appointment bookings and scheduling.
Handle patient registration and ensure all information is accurately recorded.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Process payments and manage billing.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Basic Mandarin (to educate patients on correct consumption of TCM Herbal Medication).
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is a plus.
Customer-oriented with a positive and friendly demeanor.
