**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Front desk and customer service duties
- Patient registration and making appointment
- Answering phone calls, Watsapp and walk-in enquiries
- Prepare and dispense medications
- Collect payment, advise on various modes of payment
- Top up/pack/order medications and supplies
- Assist TCM physician in translations during consultaton
- Maintain general cleanliness of the clinic
- Any other duties assigned by the TCM Physician.

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Working experience in the service or healthcare industry will be advantageous.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Humble, hardworking and responsible
