Telemarketing Specialist

Foster and enhance relationships with customers, with focus on product to complement the customers' existing portfolio
- Achieve sales target set out by business
- Handle assigned Client list/ base and focus on establishing higher contacts to maximize penetration
- Handle customers’ enquiries and/or objections with confidence
- Collect customer information as needed to serve client and close sales
- Closure and wrap up done as per set standards
- Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfilment
- Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility
- Receive interpersonal, communication and leadership skills development

**Job Requirements**:

- At least twenty one years old
- Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
- Sincere, strong integrity and determination

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
