**Responsibilities**
- Perform telemarketing calls to generate sales and recruitment leads.
- Qualify sales and recruitment leads, sell ideas effectively to them, and convert for sales appointments or job interviews with the managers.
- Support marketing and recruitment campaigns by calling to invite and confirming attendance of qualified leads to sales and recruitment events.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- Able to communicate and build rapport with people at all levels with a positive and engaging personality.
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with a customer focused attitude.
- Strong proficiency in the English language.
- Meticulous, results-driven, and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
