As part of QA team, you will play the key role of game performance testing and analysis, making sure the team have the ability to help development team optimizing game performance, figuring out the performance problems of the games and giving efficacious solutions. Multiple 3A games on PC and Consoles are on the way

**What you will do：**

1. Construct the performance testing and analysis frame for the team, enable the team on game performance analysis, on platforms both PC and consoles.

2. Collaborate with the development team to understand the whole structure of the games

3. Take the ownership of game client performance analysis, performance testing tool development (if necessary)

**What you bring：**

1. 8+ years of experience in game performance testing and performance analysis(client side)

2. Strong knowledge of gaming platforms, both PC and consoles

3. Strong knowledge of GPU rendering analysis（both AMD and Nvidia will be better) and CPU bottleneck analysis, excellent skills in CPU and GPU limitation analyzing, along with debugging and troubleshooting abilities 4. Have the experience in developing testing tools and testing scripts, in any of the following: C/C++, java, python

5. Have a good understanding of game development engines, eg. Unity, Unreal or other engines.

6. Excellent communication skills in English
