**Key Responsibilities:
- **Health Screening Report Explanation**:

- Interpret and explain health screening reports to individuals in a clear, understandable manner.
- Address any questions or concerns related to the results.
- **Individual Health Coaching**:

- Conduct one-on-one phone coaching sessions to provide personalized advice and support.
- Empower individuals with education and resources for preventive health measures.
- **Lifestyle Promotion**:

- Raise awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, including nutrition, physical activity, and stress management.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and individual progress.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team to improve the coaching program.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a registered nurse with previous clinical experience.
- Strong understanding of health screening processes and the ability to interpret medical reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide empathetic and non-judgmental support.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficient in using phone and computer-based tools for communication and documentation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in health coaching or patient education.
- Knowledge of preventive health and lifestyle medicine.
