**The role as Vigeo's Coach**

1) Passionately coach our students to execute each exercise written by the fitness director effectively

2) Encourage each student on what they have done well and uplift them

3) Be able to coach multiple individuals with individualized programs efficiently

4) Provide excellent and friendly customer service consistently

5) Connect and maintain Vigeo's community that is built on love and respect for everyone

6) Maintain a surgical clean training facility that everyone can enjoy

7) Work well in a team to deliver world-class customer service and coaching

**Our coaches can focus on what they love, which is coaching, they are not required to do sales.**
